Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on Euromart. We ship from our fulfilment centre in Bordeaux, France. All delivery time estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays).

Free Standard Shipping on all orders in France

All orders shipped to mainland France (France métropolitaine) qualify for free Colissimo standard shipping with no minimum order value. Express options are available at checkout.

All delivery time estimates begin from dispatch date, not from order date. Processing time is additional. During promotional events (sales, Black Friday, etc.) processing may take up to 3 business days.

International shipping rates are per order and do not include import duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees. These are the buyer's sole responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

1. Dispatch

You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

2. Track

Click the tracking link in your email or go to your Order History page to follow your parcel in real time.

3. Delivered

Delivery is confirmed with a digital proof of delivery (signature or photo). Download from your order page.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hoursto appear on the carrier's website after dispatch. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders shipped within the EU (including France) are already price-inclusive of applicable VAT and are not subject to additional customs fees.

Orders shipped outside the EU(including the UK, USA, Switzerland, Middle East, Africa, Asia) may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are:

  • Determined by the destination country's laws — not by Euromart
  • The sole responsibility of the buyer / consignee
  • Collected by the carrier or customs office at delivery — not prepaid by Euromart
  • Non-refundable if the parcel is refused or abandoned at customs

All international shipments include a commercial invoice attached to the outside of the parcel. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as "gift" to avoid customs fees.

HS Codes & Product Classification

All products are shipped with accurate HS (Harmonised System) tariff codes on commercial invoices. If you require specific documentation for your import, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Delivery Issues, Loss & Damage

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date (or 21 days for international orders), please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation (typically 5–10 working days) and, if confirmed lost, dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival

If items arrive visibly damaged, please (1) take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully, (2) report within 48 hours of delivery via your Order History page. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Most carriers make 2–3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, parcels are held at a local depot or relay point for 15 days before being returned to us. Re-delivery shipping costs are charged to the buyer.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain product categories are subject to additional shipping restrictions or may not be shippable to all destinations. The following items may require special handling or cannot be shipped internationally:

Hazardous materials (aerosols, flammable liquids)
Batteries (lithium — special ADR regulations apply)
Pressurised containers
Agricultural chemicals & pesticides
Counterfeit or IP-infringing goods
Weapons, ammunition & accessories
Live plants & perishable organic material
CITES-protected wildlife products

If a product in your order falls into a restricted category, our team will contact you before dispatch. Orders containing prohibited items will be cancelled with a full refund.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via the Order page or live chat. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect parcels.
Do you offer Saturday or Sunday delivery?
Chronopost offers Saturday delivery for an additional €4.99 fee in France. Select this at checkout. Weekend delivery is not currently available for EU or international shipments.
Can I ship to a PO Box or CEDEX address?
PO Box delivery is available for Colissimo standard only within France. DHL, FedEx, UPS and Chronopost require a physical street address.
What if I am not home for delivery?
Most carriers leave a delivery notice and reattempt the next business day, or redirect to a local depot or relay point for collection. You can also provide delivery instructions (leave with neighbour, safe place, etc.) when placing your order.
How are shipping rates calculated for large or heavy orders?
Rates shown are based on standard parcel dimensions and weights up to 30 kg. Oversized or heavy palletised freight is quoted individually. Contact our logistics team for a freight quote.
Is shipping insurance included?
All shipments include basic carrier liability coverage. For high-value orders (over €500) we strongly recommend selecting our Optional Shipping Insurance at checkout for full replacement-value coverage.
