Place Your Order
Source through Euromart and pay via the platform. Protection applies automatically to all transactions settled through Euromart checkout or escrow.
Track & Inspect
Monitor your shipment in real time. When goods arrive, inspect them against the agreed specifications, samples, and listing description.
Raise a Dispute
If something is wrong, open a dispute from your buyer dashboard within 90 days of dispatch confirmation. Attach photos, documents, or any relevant evidence.
Resolution Review
Our trade resolution team reviews all submitted evidence from both sides and contacts the supplier for their response. Most cases are resolved within 5 business days.
Outcome & Refund
If the dispute is upheld, a full or partial refund is issued within 5 business days. If resolved in the supplier's favour, escrow funds are released accordingly.
