What We Cover
Four Categories of IP Rights We Enforce
Euromart enforces all major categories of intellectual property rights. If a listing on our platform falls into any of the following, you are entitled to submit a formal takedown report.
Trademark Infringement
A supplier is using your registered brand name, logo, or slogan on their listings without authorisation — creating confusion or passing off counterfeit goods as your brand.
Copyright Infringement
A listing contains your original creative works — product photography, written descriptions, marketing materials, or designs — reproduced without your permission.
Patent Infringement
A supplier is listing, offering to sell, or importing a product that infringes a granted patent you hold in a relevant jurisdiction.
Registered Design Infringement
A listing features a product whose appearance — shape, configuration, pattern, or ornamentation — is substantially similar to your registered design right.
Our Process
What Happens After You Report
Every IP report is reviewed by our compliance team. Here is exactly what to expect — and when.
Submit Your Report
Complete the IP infringement report form below. Provide the infringing listing URL, the type of IP right being violated, and your proof of ownership.
Acknowledgement Within 24 Hours
Our IP compliance team will acknowledge your report by email within 24 hours and assign a case reference number for tracking.
Listing Review
We assess the reported listing against your evidence. Where the infringement is clear, the listing is suspended immediately pending investigation.
Supplier Notified
The supplier is notified of the complaint and given the opportunity to provide a counter-notice or proof of authorisation within 5 business days.
Resolution & Action
If the infringement is confirmed, the listing is permanently removed and the supplier's account is reviewed. Repeat offenders are permanently banned from the platform.
